This program was written to provide Automobile Repair Businesses with a tool that will allow them to price, quote and invoice jobs using one simple program. This is a spreadsheet based program that is simple to use and simple to edit.

An image of the program is pictured below. The image displays all three pages of the spreadsheet at one time. In the program the three pages are accessed one at a time by clicking on a tab at the bottom of the page. As you can see it is a very easy program to use.

The spreadsheet can be opened using the shareware spreadsheet reader provided with the package, Excel or Lotus 123. I recommend either the shareware reader or excel. It runs on any Windows 98,2000,XP or Vista based computer. It also runs on MAC machines that have excel installed.

To use it you simply fill in the blanks on the data entry page with information pertaining to the customer and the job. ( The image below has sample entries inputted to show you how the program works. You can change the markup as well as the per hour pricing. ) The program applies your markup factor for parts and your per hour pricing to the data you put in and AUTOMATICALLY transfers it to the proposal page (page 2) and the invoice page (page 3). The proposal or quote page also contains a customer agreement that the customer can sign. The invoice page is what you would give the customer for completed repair work. Keep in mind that the only pages the customer will see are the proposal page and the invoice page. The data entry page with your markup and per hour pricing is for you only.

As you enter customers you save each spreadsheet using that customers name as the file name. This gives you a permanent record of each customer. When the customer needs more work done on that car you simply pull up the last invoice and all the information for the customer and their car is there. You simply replace the parts and labor data and when you save the spreadsheet use the customers name and a number 2. (example - jsmith1.wks, jsmith2.wks, jsmith 3.wks) This helps you keep track of all the work you have done on the car. I have tried to make it very flexible and very simple.
