Reflective Tape
For Barricades &
Barriers |
We carry a large variety of
reflective tapes for crowd control barriers, barricades, gates, fences,
bollards and other crowd control devices. We have 4 types of
tape in several colors. The type of tape determines its
brightness and thus the distance from which the tape can be seen. If a
barricade needs to be seen from a long distance away you would use a type
8 or 9 tape. If it is only necessary for the barricade to be
clearly visible at medium to short distances then a type 1 or 3 tape
is fine. We have a chart below that shows the 4 types of tape at
different distances. If cars will be going slow when approaching a
barrier then there is no need to spend the extra money for the bright
tapes when the type 1 or 3 tapes will perform just fine. We
carry 8 colors in the type 1 engineer grade tape and 6 colors in
the type 3 tape. In the type 8 tape we have yellow, white, orange
and red and in the SOLAS type 9 tape we carry only silver/white.
SOLAS tape is the brightest tape that there is.
Most applications will
warrant a 1" or 2" tape and we carry these two widths in all the types and
colors.
