At Cole Safety Products we specialize in providing our customers with small to

Return and Order Cancellation Policy –
Orders can be cancelled until they are shipped out. Un-opened un-used item(s) can be returned within 14 days of receipt for a full refund LESS shipping/handling fees.
Due to the nature of the products that we sell, defects are extremely rare. Virtually all issues are installation related. If you have any installation questions please contact me at colediscount@yahoo.com .
Sales Tax –
Colediscount does not charge sales tax on orders that are shipped outside of the state of Kentucky. Shipments within the state of Kentucky are assessed sales tax. Shipping charges in Kentucky are taxable.
