Our 1 inch rolls of 7" White / 11" Red Alternating conspicuity tape exceed all federal and state DOT requirements. Remember that for large DOT regulated semi trucks you want to use the 2" material but for other applications the 1" is fine. The 1" tape is especially popular for cargo and boat trailers as well as gates and fences. It is a bright prismatic tape with a reflectivity rating of around 500 candlepower. It is easy to handle, flexible enough to go around corners, and resists chipping and cracking. To install the tape simply peel the backing and press firmly onto a clean flat surface.
